CIR replaced the navigation lighting and service at both the Feigle/Fisk and Carmen Road Bridges over the Erie Canal in Niagara County.  All new wiring, navigation lights and electrical service were installed at both bridges.  The Feigle/Fisk Bridge also had a brand new conduit system installed, requiring the use of a Hydra Platform Lift to replace conduit under the bridge.
