Overview of Job

CIR was proud to work with Iskalo Development and Trautman Associates on the construction of the new LEED Registered, multi-tenant Class ‘A' office building at 2410 North Forest Road, one of the first of its kind in WNY.

As the electrical contractor, CIR was directly involved in the installation of electrical systems and equipment that will help to reduce energy use.  This included the installation of the electrical distribution system, which provides separate service for "house" and tenant loads and sub-metering for individual tenant spaces.  CIR also worked closely with other contractors to provide the wiring and electrical installation of various building systems, such as the building controls and HVAC systems.  CIR was directly responsible for the lighting portion of the building control system, which included the installation of occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, dimming controls and timers to maximize the energy-efficiency of the building's daylighting design.
