CIR Electric is proud to announce that it has agreed to acquire Metro Electric & Communications, an electrical construction contractor whose services include:  commercial, electrical, data-telecom, and event wiring. Following the acquisition, Metro Electric & Communication will continue to wire its annual events: Taste of Buffalo, Italian Festival, Elmwood Art Festival, Light the Night, Gusmacker Basketball Tournament as well as the Labatt's Pond Hockey Tournament.

Bringing CIR and Metro together is a win-win for both companies.  This alliance assures quality in the Greater WNY area.  Both companies hold a strong commitment to delivering value to our customers for the past 30 years.  By combining our strengths, it strategically positions us well for continued growth and to exceed our customers' future and ever-changing needs. We are very excited to welcome all the Metro associates as the newest members of our employee team and family.

The newly created synergy will provide CIR with the resources to accelerate its work to make projects done in a timely and efficient manner.  Our vision at CIR has only become bigger, and our commitment stronger. We wish to sincerely thank our customers and supporters over the years.  We are all very excited in embracing this next chapter.
