CIR Electrical will be installing all of the solar electric systems in Natale Builders' new Rivera Greens housing development in Clarence, the first ever National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Development in New York.

CIR is nearly finished with the installation a solar electric photovoltaic (PV) system on the roof of the new Natale Builders office building. This system was designed to be both functional and attractive as a showcase piece for customers interested in Natale's new Net-Zero Rivera Greens Neighborhood. The 17.568 kW PV system produces enough electricity to satisfy more than 85 percent of the 2,000 square-foot office building's electricity needs.

Every home in Rivera Greens has the option to be powered by solar panels installed by CIR Electrical, and heated and cooled by Buffalo Geothermal systems.
